Produced from vines older than 80 years, this is a powerful, structured and elegant red wine. Balanced and distinguished on the nose and voluminous in the mouth. Aromas of ripe red and black berries, with spicy and toasted notes on a marked mineral background. In the mouth, it is unctuous, ample and very expressive, with a long and persistent finish. Perfect pairing: red meats and bushmeat with pungent spices/sauces like black pepper sauce. Works perfectly with dishes and sauces with a sweet touch and cured cheeses.
