The NV Pedro Ximenez Solera 1927 is non-vintage and have some 1927 wine in it. This wine is totally dark brown/amber with notes of figs, toffee, caramel syrup, molasses and coffee. It is dense, super sweet, intense, rich and and with an amazing unctuous texture. Thick beverage to consume slowly and introspectively after a meal.
Perfect pairing: have it on its own to finish a meal with an excellent sweet touch, pair with sweet&sour desserts such as a homemade cheese cake, a nut pie or make a pairing by contrast with a high quality cheese board with strong flavored products."
