Elegant and powerful, this flagship Gran Reserva blends ripe red fruit, herbs, spice, tobacco and cedar. Well-integrated tannins and vibrant acidity give it structure and refinement, leading to a long, savory finish. The wine is aged ~26–34 months in American (Tempranillo) and French (Mazuelo) oak, plus extended bottle aging before release.
Pairing: Decant and enjoy with roasted lamb or beef, wood‑pigeon in red wine sauce, wagyu‑style tartare, cod pil‑pil, or aged truffle‑infused cheese.
