A modern yet powerful red wine from a careful selection of Ribera del Duero terroirs, aged 12–14 months in mainly new French oak with some American and concrete aging, followed by extended bottle maturation. Shows deep violet hues with notes of black cherry, cassis, violet, chocolate, clove, and lavender. Plush, structured tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, expressive finish.
Pairing: Excellent with roasted or grilled red meats, lamb, venison, and aged cheeses like Manchego.
